A friend of ours (whom we met through a transplant email group... her son had a liver transplant too) from Florida passed away today. Dottie was diagnosed with breast cancer in August... she had chemotherapy and about a month ago had a lumpectomy. All was going well until about 2 weeks ago, when she was having some postop complications, and they realized that the cancer was stage 4 and had spread to her liver and lungs. I am on the verge of walking off my job, 18 months prior to my retirement. I am so burned out, disgusted, feeling unappreciated, worn out, and disgusted with my job. My nanny's been having some health problems recently. She had some blood in her urine about 2 months ago, and went to the urologist who did some urine tests and a ct scan.
